Troxcard Replacement Policy
At Troxcard, we are committed to delivering high-quality NFC cards. To ensure your satisfaction, we provide a replacement policy under the following terms and conditions:
Eligible for Free Replacement (within 1 year of purchase):
- Print-related issues such as peeling, fading, or other print defects.
- NFC-related issues where the card does not function as intended.
Replacement Validity:
- The replacement policy is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase (payment date).
- After 1 year, customers can still get a replacement by paying ₹499 only (instead of the full price ₹999).
Process for Replacement:
- Customers must send the old card back to us for verification.
- Once we receive the card, our team will inspect the issue.
- If the issue meets the conditions outlined in this policy, a replacement card will be issued (free if within 1 year, or ₹499 if after 1 year).
Not Eligible for Replacement:
Damages caused intentionally or due to misuse, including but not limited to:
- Scratches caused by keys or sharp objects
- Breaking, bending, or physical damage
- Any other customer-induced damage
Additional Information:
- Before sending a card for replacement, please ensure the issue qualifies under our policy.
- If the card does not meet the replacement conditions, we are not responsible for issuing a new card.
